How does if feel to hear that you're safe?

living this lifetime in germany `beeing safe`is maybe the cultural maxime compared ,-and -stands just opposite  to america´s freedom. so beeing safe to me is equal beeing locked in as the noun safe says.o.k.you are also protected from outside-influences,but to me it never made any sence,i was always very risky and learned everything through those expieriences.
now i am in some kind of natural´´intuitive-safety-field´´which i am very thankful for.
